Why does some teachers’ are blind? They can't appreciate the beauty and talents of their students, What they do is to care for themselves, and act as if they own you.
Teachers should be proud of their students, if they give pride to the institution, in any forms of recognition, so that students are motivated to fight and bring home the bacon.
Do you understand multiple intelligence, the value of encouragement, and the importance of constructive criticism, or it's just part of your routine?
Teachers should do what they say, co'z they are persons to be emulated. How can you teach punctuality, if you always arrived late.
Create an environment of happiness, not fear and sadness among your students. You are parents and you know how it feels, if your children are in darkness.
If you forgot your lessons in psychology, better start reviewing today, because many lives will be affected, in your unjust believes.
Students respect their teachers, even sometimes they commit mistakes. They know nobody’s perfect, just admit and they will understand.
But some do not want to accept the reality, that no one has the monopoly of knowledge. Others act as if they know everything, they will never surrender.
Industrious and responsible learners, and the misbehave students, are two contrasting individuals, that teachers can remember in their class.
But students will never forget, the one who failed them and always asks for favors, do these, carry this and buy that, and especially those hard working and ever supportive teachers.
Respect must not be imposed, it should be gained. Students are persons, They too needs your respect.

An templo, Banal asin Sagrado! Alagad an nakapalibot digdi, MINSAN bako man mga totoo.
Makadisganar! Ta kun siisay pa an nasa templo, Iyo pa an paghuna mo mga perpekto, Alagad an totoo, gabos man sana kita tao!
Maski arog kaini, Dapat satong girumdomun, Na an Ama iyo an dapat na intindihun, Bako kun siisay pa man na Poncio Pilato.
Ini bakong paglibak, Kundi sarong obserbasyon, Kan sarong toltol na tao, Sa maimpluwensyang estado.
Kaya kun abo na makadangog, Ayos-ayosun an gibo, Bako man su perpekto, Kundi makatao!

When I was a child I admired my teachers so much especially at times when they inspire me to do things right. They introduced the world to me and many things that I should know about life. I was like a little bird trying to spread my wings to fly with my parents and teachers teaching me how to soar high above the sky. They became my inspiration to continue the journey that I have started and to carry out my goals in life. Because of them, I consider school as my second home: it looks like heaven to me. My past has a great impact to my present existence. It gave me an idea on what to do with my life. Many people says that teaching or being a teacher is the noblest profession. To mold the future and to inspire other people is a big task. For me, teaching is not just a profession but a vocation that will help convert humankind to a better one. To touch other people's heart and live an inspiring life is one of the many things that it can give us. Imagine a world without a teacher, full of sorrows, misbehavior, injustice and worst is violence. Aside from family, I consider teachers as one of the primary pillars of our society that will inculcate good values, nationality, love, peace, equality, and justice to every Filipino in the country. On the contrary, what happened to those pupils who once upon a time dreamed to be mentors, where are they now? Some of them changed their mind and became nurses, engineers, architects and doctors because of the higher salary that they can get from it. It is a fact that teaching can only propose a simple and descent lifestyle for you and your family, but happiness and fulfillment is the best thing it can offer.
Few years from now, I do not know where I am, but I hope and I pray that maybe someday, I could teach students about the values and basic information of life.

I always believe that every day is a learning day. It's a chance to gain and share knowledge to my friends, family members, classmates and some people within me.
It was around 10 in the morning when I went to an office in our school to ask something. Matagal na kasing hindi naibibigay yung grades namin sa isang subject last semester so I went their to follow-up for that matter. So I approached someone in charged about my concern.
As a public employee, dapat marunong syang makisama sa bawat taong kanyang nakakasalamuha, mahirap man o mayaman.
On the other hand, we must be observant and dignified in every decision that we do because sometimes maaari tayong abusuhin, ang dapat ay tama lang. In very thing that we do let us remember and apply the Golden Rule sapagkat di natin alam baka bukas o sa makalawa ako na ang nasa kalagayan nila. But I will assure you, hindi ko gagawin ang ginagawa ng iba.

An pag-agom bakong karaw-karaw, Kaipuhan an maninigong kaaraman, Saro ining responsibilidad na hangang paggurang, Dai mo nanggad mababayaan.
Alagad an ibang kajovenesan, Orog na itong daing inadalan, Asin mayong toltol na ikabubuhay, Iyo pa lugod an amay magpatipan.
Nyata? Ano an saindang paghona, Ini sarong kawatan, Na pagnasawa tulos na babayaan? Tibaad sinda nalilibongan!
Mas nakakabalde, itong may mga inadalan, Na pagkatapos paadalon kan mga magurang, Imbes na tumabang, Iba man an pig-asikaso sa buhay.
Minsan an iba nagpupuon , Sa simpleng pag-irilusyon, Aldaw-banggi magkaiba, Hanggang sa pagturog yaon pa!
Marhay kun an mag-agom, Responsible asin may dedekasyon, Nagtatao kan mga pangangaipo, Asin may pagkamoot na totoo.
An pagpamilya sarong magaya-gayang bagay, May kaogmahan asin pagtarabang-tabang, Alagad tamang panahon an kaipuhan, Tanganing ini gabos manamitan.
Asin kun mag-abot an aldaw, Na igwa ka na ki ikabubuhay, Dai na pagbutasan an saimong namomotan, Ta an masunod kaiyan aragoman.
